Shipping Terms & Conditions

We charge a minimum delivery fee of KES 300 for all orders delivered within Nairobi.
This fee is non-refundable, even in the event of order cancellation after dispatch.
Delivery within Nairobi covers major areas including but not limited to:
Westlands, Parklands, Lavington, Kilimani, Kileleshwa, South B, South C, Lang’ata, Karen, Embakasi, Donholm, Utawala, Runda, Gigiri, Kasarani, Roysambu, Ruaka, and Ngong Road areas.
Deliveries within Nairobi are typically completed within 1–2 working days, depending on location and order volume.

For deliveries outside Nairobi city limits but within the Nairobi Metropolitan region, a higher rate applies.
These areas include (but are not limited to): Thika, Ruiru, Kiambu, Limuru, Athi River, Kitengela, Rongai, Ngong, Kikuyu, and Juja.
The applicable delivery fee will be communicated at the time of order confirmation, depending on the exact distance and courier availability.

For orders anywhere else within Kenya, we charge a flat delivery fee of KES 500 per package.
Delivery will be made to your doorstep or nearest courier point within 3 working days after order confirmation and payment.
Customers are encouraged to provide accurate address details and active contact numbers to avoid delivery delays.

All delivery charges are non-refundable once dispatch has been made.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, public holidays, or courier delays.
Customers will be notified once the package has been dispatched, with delivery tracking details (where applicable).
In case of failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address or unavailable recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.
